Road to the Crown Results: Brayden Noble picks up the $1,000 payday and Dustin Linville punches his ticket to King of the Mountain!

First and foremost, a HUGE thank you to all the drivers, crew members, and fans that came out to The Mountain last night. We had a total of 82 cars on the grounds for Road to the Crown.

Road to the Crown was a big success as teams were on hand to gain some valuable track time before next week's King of the Mountain!

20 Hobby Stocks signed in for a chance for $1,000 to win! Brayden Noble out of Tyner, KY set quick time in qualifying at 15.133. Noble and Zac Karr picked up wins in the heat race to set the front row of the 20 lap feature. Noble went flag to flag leading all 20 laps to pick up the $1,000 pay day. Ean Baker, Bo Gilley, Jason Jones, and Jason Callebs rounded out the top 5. The hobby stocks also ran the last chance shoot out at the end of the feature, and Ean Baker went on to pick up the extra $100.

25 Pro Late Models were on the grounds and Dustin Linville out of Lancaster, KY set quick time in qualifying at 12.735. Linville, Tommy Bailey, and Brad Seagle picked up heat race wins to set the first three spots for the 25 lap feature event. Linville went on to lead flag to flag in a caution filled event. Dalton Brown, Nicholas Byrd, Brad Seagle, and Logan Walls rounded out the top 5. Linville's win punches his guaranteed starting spot in next week's King of the Mountain along with Skylar Marlar.

Open Wheel Mods had 15 cars signed in and Jeremy Sears out of Gray, KY set quick in time in qualifying at 13.646. Sears and Ben Petrey picked up the heat race wins to set the front row of the 20 lap feature. Sears as able to first two laps until the caution came out. On the restart Sears and Petrey swapped the lead several time until Petrey was able to take the lead on lap 6 and lead the final 14 to pick up the win. Sears, Josh Brock, Jason Saylor, and Brayden Burnett rounded out the top 5.

FWD also had 15 cars sign in and Austin Kawasaki set quick time at 15.523. Kawasaki and Jacob Gibson picked up the heat race wins. Kawasaki and Gibson rolled out on the front row for the 15 lap feature. Gibson was able to lead flag to flag to pick up the win and double down for the weekend as he won Friday night at Ponderosa Speedway. Marty Gilley, Jacob Smith, Austin Kawasaki and Jim Rowland rounded out the top 5. Raymond Fuson suffered mechanical failure ending his night and now the championship battle has tightened with Fuson now leading by just 4 points over Rowland.

Crown Vics had 5 entries on the night with Trace Wilson out Versailes, KY set quick time again this season at 16.223. Wilson also picked up the heat race win. Wilson lead flag to flag in the 15 lap feature. Jacob Shupe, Joshua Shupe, and Frank Helton rounded out the rest of the field.

Jr. FWD. had Skyler Hayes out of Rockholds, KY and Easton Ray out of Morristown, TN sign in for the night. Skyler Hayes set quick time at 15.651 and picked up the feature win for the Jr. FWD division.
