Flat right-rear tire ruins Linville’s run at Ponderosa

Dustin Linville was one of 25 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Ky.) on Friday afternoon for the 15th annual John Bradshaw Memorial. Jumping up one spot in his heat race, Linville scored a sixth-place finish, which positioned him 18th on the starting grid for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. After wheeling his way into the top-10, Dustin was making a pass for seventh when he suffered a right-rear flat tire on lap 32, ending his night early. (Heath Lawson photo)
