Runner-up finish in Johnny Wheeler Memorial at Lake Cumberland

Saturday night found Dustin Linville in action at Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Ky.) for the Valvoline Iron-Man Northern Series-sanctioned Johnny Wheeler Memorial. With 24 cars entered, Linville timed in second fastest in his group behind Devin Gilpin before picking up an eight-lap heat race victory. Starting the $5,031-to-win A-Main in third, Dustin clawed forward one spot in the 30-lapper to register a runner-up finish behind Gilpin.
